Do you think that it would’ve affected my reproductive organs?

I want children in the future
Also my doctor told me that I have Bacterial Vaginosis
What should I do and also do you think that my reproductive organs are effected by this Sexually Transmitted Disease?
Please someone tell me an answer I am so worried
Also I might want to have children a little earlier than a few years
I have now been treated for Chlamydia and I am being treated for Bacterial Vaginosis

ok here’s the story for the past 1 year i have had bad clear/white discharge and every day i have to put tissue down there no itching or anything just not smelling discharge, but for the past 5 months it has been yellow and not as much but lately it’s started to get more and it also stinks ! i have to put tissue there and it makes me jeans smell ? there is no itching or redness just the discharge and horrible smell. i have not changed my sexual partner in the past 2 years. i have had a chlamydia test and it’s negative. i have also tried stuff to treat bacterial vaginosis but that didn’t work. please help i do not want to go to the doctor ? ( i have been on the controceptive patch around a year )
